Tendra Technical Services has completed the acquisition of Coat Facilities Group, a Staffordshire-based provider of integrated facilities management (FM) services.
Coat Group operates a network of specialist FM companies offering expertise across both hard and soft services, serving a portfolio of clients nationwide.
The acquisition marks the latest step in Tendra’s strategy to unify UK technical services businesses across built environment.
The group currently comprises The James Mercer Group, Fletchers Engineering Ltd, and Coat Facilities Group Ltd, combining regional expertise with national ambitions.
